Raymond M. Geis Jr., 87, passed away on December 22, 2021. He was born August 22, 1934 the son of the late Raymond and Eleanora Geis Jr. He was a man of faith and was a member of the Roman Catholic Church. He retired from the City of Akron as a sanitarian with 25 years of dedicated service. He had many accomplishments but his greatest was his love for his family.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brother Eugene Geis; and wife Julia Ann Geis.
Raymond is survived by his son Raymond (Katie) Geis III; and grandsons Landon Geis and Todd Geis.
Cremation will take place and there will be no services.
Inurnment will be held at Holy Cross Cemetery at a later date.
