RAYMOND GREENE
Raymond Greene, 76, of Akron, went home to with the Lord on May 22, 2002.
Born July 19, 1925 in Akron to the late Clarence and Jessie Greene, he was a retired laborer for Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. after 47 years of service. Beside his parents, Raymond is preceded in death by his wife of 50 years, Jean, in 1997, and a brother Chester Green. Survived by daughter, Barbara Berkenstock, Debbie Allen, and Donna (Ronald) Kemp; son Raymond (Jessica) Greene; 9 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren. Family and friends will be received Friday, May 23, 2002 from 6 - 8 p.m. at Newcomer-Farley Funeral Home. where services will be held Saturday, May 25, 2002 at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Kearns officiating. Interment at Hillside Memorial Park.
