Raymond C. Norman
Raymond C. Norman, 67, of Akron, passed away March 24, 2007. Raymond was born April 19, 1939 in Akron and graduated from Cuyahoga Falls High School and Howard Trade School. He was the owner of R.C. Norman Construction for over 40 years. He was a member of the Mogadore Moose Club. In his free time, Raymond loved golfing, boating, bowling, and gambling. He enjoyed traveling to wherever his motor home would take him. He also loved his scooter rides with the Over the Hill Gang. Raymond was a very giving person who loved everyone. He was preceded in death by his parents, Otmer and Pauline Norman; first wife, Mary Agnes Norman; sister, Karen Soucy; in-laws, Dick and Agnes Billings and Bill and Jane Farnsworth. He is survived by his wife, Sandra E. Norman; daughters, Pam (Dave) LaRocco, Colleen (Rick) Bennett, Michelle (Enrique) Villalba; stepdaughters, Michele Zukas, Marcy (Joo Sok) Jinn; sister, Edna (Ray) Rininger; brother, Homer (Nancy) Norman; sisters and brothers-in-law, Jeanette and Mike Lutey and Janice and Roger Nutter; sixteen grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. Family and friends may call on Tuesday from 6-9 p.m. at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., where funeral services will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m., one hour visitation prior, Rev.
