Reba J. Domany, 78, of Akron, died on January 21, 2005 at the Hospice Care Center. She was born February 18, 1926 in Red Ash, Kentucky to the late Dennis & Lena (Dopel) Thomas. Reba enjoyed boating in her free time. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a brother, Clifford Thomas. She is survived by her husband of 35 years, Frank Domany, Jr. of Akron; son, Thomas (Dori) of Springfield Twp.; grandchildren, James and Melodie White; sisters, Emma Metcalf of N. Canton, Freda Linger of Springfield Twp. and Marlene (Warren) Hill of Springfield Twp.; brother, James A. (Jean) Thomas of Atwater. Calling hours will be Monday from 4 - 8 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 N. Canton Rd. where funeral services will be held Tuesday at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Scott Campbell officiating. Interment will follow at Hillside Memorial Park.
