Reuben Jacquar Davis

Reuben Jacquar Davis, age 49, of Akron, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday February 29, 2024. He was born in Akron, Ohio on July 23, 1974 to the late Reuben J. and Karen (Avery) Davis and graduated from Buchtel High School. Football was his passion and he designed teams for electric football tournaments. He specialized in drawings, painting, clay figurines and various other art and designs. Reuben was the most caring and loving person and would do most anything for his friends and loved ones.
He leaves to cherish his memory his daughter Brieanna Davis, and sons Tyree Davis and Elijah Willis; twin brother Romain (Teya) Davis, brother Clinton Davis, sister Tia (Julius) Payne, Sister Tara (Gary) Willis, brother Clifton Davis, and sister Tamara Davis; and a host of other relatives and friends including special friend Angel Palmer.
Calling hours are prior to the services on Friday March 22nd at Newcomer Funeral Home from 11am to 12pm. Funeral services will begin promptly at noon with Pastor Cornell P. Carter of Morning Star Baptist Church officiating.
