Reva M. Fontana

Reva M. Fontana, 94, went Home to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on December 25, 2019. Born in Madisonville, Kentucky to Leon E. and Jewell R. (Oldham) Rudd, she lived in the Akron area most of her life. Reva enjoyed watching and listening to Dr. Charles Stanley, the Cathedral Quartet and the Gaithers. She also loved reading, making her famous fudge and Italian meatballs and most of all spending time with her family.

In addition to her parents Reva is preceded in death by brother, Wayne Rudd; sister, Dorothy Rice. She will be sadly missed by son, Louis (Nan) Fontana; daughter, Reva Allen; grandchildren, Brian (Meredith) Fontana, Melissa (Gary) Dempsey, Ashley Wayne (Sherry) Allen, Tabitha Allen, Bobby (Shannina) Allen; 13 great grandchildren; 5 great great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and friends.

The family wishes to thank the wonderful staff at Briarwood for their loving care of "Miss Reva".

Per her wishes, cremation has taken place. A private memorial will take place at a later date. Those who wish may make memorial donations in Reva's name to the charity of their choice.
