Rex Allen Sampson, 45, went home to be with the Lord and Savior on March 22, 2007. He was born October 1, 1961 in Akron, Ohio. Rex loved the outdoors, especially fishing. He is survived by his mother and father, Loren "Bill" and Lois Sampson; brothers, Bobby (Donna) Sampson, Bill (Virginia) Sampson, Lee (Kim) Sampson; sister, Lori (Chuck) North; and son, Michael (Brandy) Sampson. Calling hours will be Monday from 10 a.m. - 1 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 N. Canton Rd. where funeral services will begin at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Phil Hulgin officiating.
