Rhonda K. Ariss

Rhonda K. Ariss, 57, went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on February 21, 2013.
Rhonda was a proud soldier, having served with the U. S. Army. She had a great love of animals. Rhonda was a proud and loving resident of Tallmadge for the past 27 years.
Preceded in death by her parents, Kenneth and Laura Dixon; brothers, Gene and Richard Dixon.
A loving wife of David; mother of James (Jolis); grandmother of Payton; stepmother of Steven; sister of Donald (Carol) Dixon, of Sparks, NV, Garry (Catherine) Dixon, of Southern Pines, NC, and Kenneth, Jr. (Vicky) Dixon, of Tallmadge; and an aunt to several nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be Monday, 4-6 p.m., at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron, where a memorial service will be held at 6 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Haven of Rest Ministries, 175 E. Market St., Akron, OH 44308.
