Rhonda Louise Farmer, 55, of Akron, passed away unexpectedly February 11, 2007 at Akron General Medical Center. She was born January 20, 1952 in Sutton, West Virginia. Rhonda was an active member of the Fraternal Order of Orioles #167 where she served as a Trustee and was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary. She was preceded in death by her husband, David Farmer; and mother, Margaret (Mealy) Woods. Rhonda is survived by her father, Doyle C. Woods; daughter, Cheryl Henline; son, Bryon (Crystal) Henline; grandchildren, Dakota and Dylan; brother, Jack (Jill) Woods; special niece and nephew, Jena (Butch) Rowley and Jeffrey Woods; special cousin, Marie Hershberger; special friend, Frank Harpster; many relatives and friends. Calling hours will be Wednesday from 4 - 8 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 N. Canton Rd. where funeral services will be conducted Thursday at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Hillside Memorial Park. Memorial contributions may be made to your favorite charity.
