Richard A. Seenes

Richard Seenes, 80, of Akron, went home to be with loved ones on December 15, 2013. He was born in Trinway, OH on November 13, 1933 to the late Hiram and Glenna Seenes. Richard was a meat cutter for 35 years. He enjoyed fishing with family and friends. Richard was a gentle soul that touches the hearts of many.

He was preceded in death by his daughter, Jackie and son, Richard; sisters, Doris and Hazel; brothers, Virgil, Vic and Chuck. Richard is survived by his loving wife, Bonnie, of 35 years; daughters, Rose, Terry (Clarence) Rubino, Bonnie (Darryl) Dukate; sons, Steve, Mark (Aline) and Robert; brother, Carl; numerous loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.

Family and friends may call on Thursday, December 19, 2013, from 5-7 p.m. at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd. Funeral services will be held on Friday, December 20 at 11 a.m. at Mountain of Hope Faith Church, 6385 Cleveland Massillon Rd., Clinton, OH 44216 with Rev. Max Woods officiating.
