Richard B. Henry, 94, of Uniontown, went home to be with Jesus on February 7, 2011. He was born in Patterson, NJ on July 31, 1916 to the late Reuben and Jessie Henry. Richard was a member of Sheetmetal Workers Local 33 and has enjoyed retirement for the past 34 years. He was a 34 year member of Ernest Angley's Grace Cathedral and loved working in the shipping department there. Richard was an avid golfer for over 40 years and had three holes-in-one to his credit. He was preceded in death by his sisters, Jessie and Charlotte; and brothers, Reuben and Arthur. He will be deeply missed by his loving wife of 66 years, Blanche "Bea"; daughters, Linda Cross and Jeanne Henry; son, Rick (Christina) Henry; brother, William (Pat) Henry; six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Family and friends may call on Friday from 5-8 p.m. at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd. Visitation on Saturday from 11-12 followed by a 12 noon funeral service at Grace Bible College, 1055 Canton Rd., with Rev. Brock Miller officiating. Interment at Hillside Memorial Park.
