Richard Brown

Richard Brown, 73, passed away November 23, 2022 with his family by his side. Born in Maple Heights, Ohio to Ralph and Florence (Petronella) Brown, he resided in the Akron/Cuyahoga Falls area all of his adult life. Rich worked in construction for a majority of his life and was a very hard worker. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, boating, camping, playing cards, drinking beer and spending time with his family and friends.

Rich was preceded in death by his father, Ralph; son, Tony; grandson, Tyler; sister, Karen Bivens. He will be sadly missed by his wife of 50 years, Beth; mother, Florence; children, Joe (Janet), Scott (Debbie), Dan (Tabitha); grandchildren, Anthony, Sierra, Dylan, Christian, Keelie, Scott; great granddaughter, Ella; siblings, David, Dale, Lolly, Shelly, Ronnie, Dewey, Julie; several nieces, nephews and friends.

Per his wishes, cremation has taken place. The family will be having a celebration of Rich's life on December 10, 2022. Please contact the family for further details. Those who wish may make memorial donations in Rich's name to the Humane Society of Summit County.
