Richard H. Goff, Sr.
April 15, 1940 — December 19, 2021
Richard H. Goff, Sr., passed away December 19, 2021 with his children by his side. Born in Rowlesburg, WV to Orvil and Maudie (Howdershelt) Goff, he resided in the Akron area all of his adult life. He retired from Ford Motor Co. with 40 years of service. Dick greatly enjoyed motorcycles, fishing, watching Matt Dillon and old western shows and spending time with his grandsons.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by several siblings. Dick will be sadly missed by his wife, Jean; children, Selena Grimm, Richard Goff, Jr.; grandsons, Sean (Carly) Grimm, Austin Goff; great grandson, Oliver Goff; siblings, Darryl, Allen, Peggy; brother-in-law, Lowell; many nieces, nephews and friends.
Per his wishes, cremation has taken place. There will be no formal services at this time.
