Richard A. Johnson, 52, of Akron, passed away March 25, 2006. Richard will always be remembered for his big heart and willingness to help others. He will be missed by all who knew him. Richard was preceded in death by his father, Vernell Johnson. He is survived by his mother, Josephine Fogt; sister, Dianne (Daniel) Kelly; brothers, Ronald and Larry (Catherine) Johnson; nephew, Vernell Johnson; and niece, Megan Kelly. A funeral service will be held Friday at 11 a.m. at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., with visitation from 10 a.m. until the time of service. Interment at Hillside Memorial Park.
