Richard Larry Neslon, "Dick" or "Dickie", age 77 of Munroe Falls, Ohio, died on October 9, 2022 at his home.
He was born on November 18, 1944 in Ravenna, Ohio, the son of the late Richard Guy and Eunice Marie (nee Elliott) Nelson.
Dick worked at Ford Motor Company in Walton Hills for 49 years. He was an avid western movie buff, liked his motorcycles, and loved to hunt and fish. He tinkered with many things in the garage and also liked to put model cars together.
Survivors include his five children, Sherie McHugh, Cindy Pohl, Benjamin "Ben" Nelson, Melissa "Missy" Nelson and Richard "Rick" Nelson; his grandchildren, Sydney, Mason, Ethan, Laci, Christopher, Jamie, Jimmy and Julie; his great-grandchildren, Vince, Makenzie, Jameson, Alley, William, Maddison and Laylah.
Dickie also has his siblings that survive, Ron (Diane), Donna and Christy.
There will not be any calling hours or services and all arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Newcomer Funeral Home, Akron, Ohio.
