Richard L. Sherrard
Richard L. Sherrard, 53, of Akron, died on April 20, 2005 at Akron General Medical Center. He was born September 12, 1951 in Akron to Noble E. & the late Helen M. (Lewis) Sherrard. Richard graduated from the University of Akron with a degree in Industrial Management and worked for the Water Department. He was a member of New Horizons Christian Church. In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his sister, Susan M. Hunyadi. He is survived by his wife, Tamera R. (Weisel) Sherrard of Akron; father and step-mother, Noble E. & June B. Sherrard of Akron; daughter, Christen R. Busch of Akron; sister, Dawn L. Sherrard of Phoenix; brother, Craig E. Sherrard of Akron; very dear friend, John Kettering. A memorial service will be conducted 7:00 p.m. Monday, April 25 at New Horizons Christian Church, 290 Darrow Rd. with Pastor Jim Bane officiating.
