Richard C. Wood "Woody"

Richard C. Wood "Woody" 81, passed away September 2, 2019. Born in Clinton County Indiana, he resided in Akron, working in the HVAC business for over 60 years.
Preceded in death by his mother Cleo Pauline Wood, his brother Jerry Wood and daughter Kelly.
Richard leaves behind his best friend and wife of 42 years Becky Wood, daughter Kimberly Ingersoll; grandchildren Matthew, Christopher, Ariel, Taylor and Mariah; Great-grandchildren Kayleigh, Leland, Donavan, Rory and Chris Jr.; Brother Delbert (Marilyn) Wood of Frankfort Indiana and many nieces and nephews; Dave Robinson and Beverly Paradis whom he considered his kids and loved dearly.
Per Richards wishes, cremation has already taken place. A memorial lunch will be held at 12 pm on October 5, 2019 at the Cornerstone Church 106 So. Cleveland Ave, Mogadore Ohio 44260.
In lieu of flowers, please donate to the Cleveland Sight Center 1909 E 101st St. Cleveland, Ohio 44106 on behalf of his great-grandson Chris Jr.
