ROBERT L. DAVIS
Robert L. "Pop Pop" Davis, 52, of Akron, passed away on Thursday, August 30, 2001. Robert worked for AA Blueprint for 26 1/2 years. He was preceded in death by his mother, Agnes Davis and his grandmother, Lena Davisson. He is survived by his loving wife of 26 years, Diane; children, Kellie (Jeff "Peanut") Van Pelt of Bedford, Travis Van Pelt of Akron, and Denise (Scott) Cheatwood of Akron; grandchildren, Scott Lambright and Shelby Cheatwood; father Richard Davis; mother-in-law, Marilyn Gray of Oak Hill; beloved dog, Belle; numerous other relatives and friends. Friends and family may call on Tuesday, September 4th from 3-8 p.m. at NEWCOMER-FARLEY FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., where funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 11 a.m. with Rev. William J. Finnicum officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Davis family.
