Robert M. Dietz
Robert M. Dietz, 84, of Tallmadge, went to be with the Lord on September 8, 2006. Robert was born June 16, 1922 in Johnstown, PA. He was a member of Ernest Angley's Grace Cathedral for 46 years, where he served as a Levite and volunteer. He retired from Diamond Crystal Salt Co. Robert is survived by his wife of 58 years, Mildred; children, Robert (Sarah) Dietz, John (Linda) Dietz, Joseph (Ada) Dietz, Jennie Mapes, James (Helen) Dietz, Rex (Vickie) Dietz, Charles Dietz, Sarah (David) Coger, Deborah (Kenneth) Witzky, and David Dietz; eleven grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. Family and friends may call TODAY from 2-5 p.m. and Monday from 12-1 p.m. at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., where funeral services will be held Monday at 1 p.m. with Revs. Christopher Machamer and Brock Miller officiating. Interment at Hillside Memorial Park.
