Robert R. McCravy, 82
It is with deep sadness that the family of Robert R. McCravy announces his unexpected passing on Thursday, October 18, 2018. The most important thing to Bob was spending time with his family. He loved his kids and his grandkids. Whether it was going out for a meal or just hanging out together, those are the times he cherished. He also enjoyed golfing, bowling, dancing, gambling and Karaoke.
He was preceded in death by the love of his life, Betty; parents, James and Althea McCravy; and brother, James McCravy. Bob leaves to cherish his memory, children, Michael (Sue), Shari Blucker (Greg) and Lori (Craig) Schley; grandchildren, Lyndsey Schley and Zachary and Jacob Blucker; and many other relatives and friends.
Family will receive friends and relatives on Sunday, October 21, 2018 from 5:30 -7:30pm at Newcomer Funeral Home 131 N. Canton Rd. Akron, OH 44305. A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, October 22, 2018 at 11 am at Tallmadge United Methodist Church 207 N. Munroe Rd. Tallmadge, OH 44278 where family will receive friends at 10am. Pastor Scott Lowe officiating.
