Robert A. Salas Jr., 67, of Akron, passed away on May 11, 2023. He was born on May 1, 1956 the son of the late Robert Salas Sr. and Faye Randall. Bob proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy. He was known as able to fix anything a "Jack of All Trades". Bob enjoyed the outdoors and working on cars. He will be remembered for his smile, laughter and friendship.
He was preceded in death by his parents; former ex-wife and friend, Jillian Scheetz; and son Timothy Salas.
Bob is survived by his daughter Chantelle Jones; sons Rob (Nikki) Salas III, and Gabriel Salas; several grandchildren; siblings Beverly Sanchez, Barbara Meditz, Bruce Salas, and Brian Salas; and many other nieces, nephews and friends.
A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date.
