Robert C. Vicen, "Bob", age 56 of Akron, Ohio, died on October 19, 2022 at Akron City Hospital.
He was born on August 11, 1966 in Akron, the son of the late Robert P. Vicen and Laverne (nee Greathouse) Kling.
Bob loved the outdoors, animals, shooting pool and loved being with his friends and family.
Survivors include his long time companion of 35 years, Elizabeth "Beth" Hambright; his sister, Michele (Derick) Kasburg; Beth's daughter, Patricia (Roy Duncan) Hambright; his granddaughters, Cecilia "Cece" Sleeth, Kira and Evelina; his step-mother, Peggy Vicen; his brother, Tony Limbert and many cousins and friends that mourn his loss.
Other than his parents, Robert was preceded in death by his daughter, Nicole Sleeth; and his brother, Allen Vicen.
Memorial services will be held at Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 North Canton Road, Akron, Ohio, 44305 on Thursday, October 27, 2022 at 4:00 PM where family and friends may pay their respects from 3:00 - 4:00 PM.
