Robert W. Freyman, 70, of Valley View Nursing Home in Akron, passed away on Sept. 30, 2005. He was born on March 23, 1935 in Akron, OH to the late Leon H. and Orpha (Robey) Freyman. He had been a member of Emmanuel Evangelical United Brethren Church, was an Eagle Scout and graduated from the University of Akron. Robert had worked at Seiberling as a chemist until he was activated into the Army as a 1st Lieutenant. Along with his parents, Robert is preceded in death by an infant brother. He is survived by sisters Ruth (Bernard) McDonald of Columbus and Nancy (Clifford) Wilson of Orrville, brother Herbert (Jean) Freyman of Tallmadge and numerous nieces and nephews.
