Robert W. Schwenning, 70, of Greentown, passed away August 23, 2013. He was born in Connellsville, PA on August 6, 1943 to the late Robert and Emma Schwenning. Bob loved to tell stories and was devoted to his loving wife and family.
He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Lila; sister, Joyce Speegle.
Bob is survived by his children, Robert II (Becky) and Tina (Donnie) Lutz; grandchild, Ryan; brothers, Kenneth (Mary), Rick (Beth); sisters, Sandy Evans, Bobbi Turley and Sharon (Jim) Parker.
Family and friends may call on Tuesday, August 27, from 5-7 p.m. at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., where funeral services will be held on Wednesday, August 28 at 1 p.m. with Tom Wolfe officiating. Interment at Hillside Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to American Cancer Society.
