Roma M. Lane, of Akron, passed away July 3, 2013. She was born in Flatwood, KY on July 5, 1939 to the late Robert Sr. and Opal Keaton.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 34 years, Lester. Roma worked for Johnny's Auto Truck Towing over 40 years and was a beacon for the Lord with many of the served families and co-workers.
Roma is survived by her son, Lester Jr.; brothers, Robert Jr. (Deborah), Danny (Mary Ann) Keaton; sister, Brenda (Dave) Carnes; step-grandmother, Mary Ann Caudill.
Family and friends may call on Sunday, July 7, from 4-7 p.m. at Calvary Temple where funeral services will be held at Calvery Temple, 3045 Albrecht Ave., Akron, OH 44312 on Monday, July 8 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. John Walker officiating. Interment at Hillside Memorial Park.
