Ronal Ray James, 76, passed away April 9, 2023 with his family by his side. Born in Akron, Ohio to Charles and Betty (Robinson) Ronal, he was a lifelong area resident. Ron retired as a mechanic with A & A Trailer after 15 years of service. He enjoyed painting, restoring cars, being outdoors, hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife of 30 years, Betty; brother, Donal James. He will be sadly missed by his sons, Kermit (Yvonne) James, Jason (Holly) James; grandchildren, Danyelle James, Jessica James, Tyler James, Ryan (Amber) Scala, Courtney (Tung) Dao, Tyler Meredith; great granddaughters, Riley, Olivia.
Per his wishes, cremation has taken place. There will be no formal services. Those who wish may make memorial donations in Ron's name to the Humane Society of Summit County.
