Ronald Arthur Arfons

Ronald Arthur Arfons, 58, passed away on October 23, 2006. Ronald served as an aircraft mechanic with the US Navy where he worked special duty on the president's plane. He was a member of Arlington Memorial Baptist Church and a lifetime member of the NRA. Ronald also enjoyed fishing, hunting, and riding his motorcycle. Survivors include his parents Arthur and June Arfons; loving wife Patty of 37 years; sons Sean (Lori) and Bryan (Dawn); sister Dusty (Randy) Spraggins; brother Tim (Sheri); grandchildren Josh, Madison, Ashley, Megan, Trinity, Noelle, and Riley. A memorial service will be held Thursday, 11 a.m. at Arlington Memorial Baptist Church, 2330 E. Market St., Akron. Family and friends may call one hour prior to the service.
