Ronald D. Recob, 74, passed away on October 26, 2009. Ronald was a Veteran of the Korean Conflict, having served with the US Air Force. He retired from Sacks Electric after 40 years of service and was an avid fisherman. He will be remembered as a wonderful father and grandfather. Preceded in death by his parents; 2 brothers; and 1 sister. Survivors include his wife Freda, of 27 years; daughter Vicki (Rim) Moore; sons Jeff Recob and Rick (Lori) Recob, of Minnesota; grandsons Cody and Mason Moore; and several nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be Thursday, 4-6 p.m. at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., with a service to follow at 6 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
