Ronald E. Fenton, 77, passed away September 15, 2020 at his residence. Born in Akron to Earl and Geraldine (Hawkins) Fenton he was a lifelong Akron area resident. For 51 years Ron owned and operated Fenton's Appliance Repair. He also was a U. S. Army Veteran. Ron enjoyed playing pool, golfing, fishing, dancing and spending time with his family and friends.
He will be sadly missed by his wife of 28 years, Debbie; daughters Regina Meredith, Mandy Lachina; 6 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren; brother, Garcia Fenton; many nieces, nephews and friends.
Per his wishes, cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held Sunday, October 11, 2020 at 12 noon at Christian Faith Fellowship in Goodyear Heights, 2240 Goodyear Blvd., Akron, OH 44305. Those who wish may make memorial donations in Ron's name to Christian Faith Fellowship or the charity of their choice.
