Ronald "Ron" L. Husk

Ronald "Ron" L. Husk, 73, passed away on Thursday, December 3, 2020 from complications of Covid 19. He was born on May 12, 1947 in Grantsville, West Virginia. Ron graduated from Akron Central High School in 1966, and then joined the U.S. Marine Corps in 1966-1970. He married the love of his life, Carol Husk on December 24, 1966. Ron was a member of Calvary Apostolic Church, Life member of VFW Post 3383, where he also served on the Honor Guard, and Chesty Puller League #269. He loved helping others, and was a caring, generous, and loving husband, father and grandfather.

Ron is survived by his wife of 53 years, Carol, two children, Melissa (Mark) Posten and Ron Husk, and grandson, Colin Posten. He will be sorely missed by his fur babies, Will and Graycee.

The family would like to extend a very special thank you to Summa (City Hospital) Intensive Care Unit T3 and all the caring doctors and nurses who affectionately took care of him, and also to Palliative Care for their loving guidance.

No calling hours will be held due to Covid 19. A private interment will take place at Rose Hill Burial Park in Fairlawn, Ohio.
