Ronald R. Lamb, 96, went to be with the Lord on December 10, 2014.
Ron served with the Naval Air Corps in WWII. He was a member of the Joppa Lodge for over 70 years and a member of The Chapel. Ron retired from Goodyear after 41 years of service. He was also a member of their 25 Year Club. Ron enjoyed golf and travelling.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 62 years, Sara. Survivors include son, Rob (Darlene); daughter, Lori (Kevin) Myers; 2 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren.
Calling hours will be Tuesday, 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Advent Lutheran Church, 1516 Edison St., Uniontown, OH 44685, with a funeral service to follow at Noon. Interment at Hillside Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Advent Lutheran Church or Hospice Care Center, 3358 Ridgewood Rd. Akron, OH 44333.
