Rosa Samuels

Rosa Lee Samuels, 84, of Tompkinsville, KY passed away
Tuesday, February 4th, at Monroe Health and Rehab Center, in Tompkinsville,
KY.
Rosa was born in Decater, Alabama on January 15, 1930, a daughter of
the late Mrytis (Butler) Lindsay and Theodore R. Lindsey. On June 21,
1947 at Louisville, KY she married Charles Edward Samuels, who precedes her in
death.
Rosa is survived by three daughters, Margaret "Maggie" and her
husband, John Lindsey Pickerell, of Tompkinsville, KY; Jenny Lutz, of Akron, OH; Mayla Schemmell and special friend, David, of Peroia, AZ; four sons Charlie
and his wife, Garnett Samuels, of Akron, OH; Ken and his wife, Sue Samuels, of
Akron, OH; Jeff and his wife Sue Samuels, of Akron, OH; Jerry and his wife Leah
Samuels, of Pheonix, AZ; Rosa is also survived by a sister, Dean Kulen, of California. She is also preceded in death by a brother, Robert Forest Lindsey.
Funeral Services will be at Newcomer Funeral Home in
Akron, OH at 1:00 P.M. on Monday, February 10th. Visitation is Friday
4-9 P.M. at Yokley Trible Funeral Home in Tompkinsville, KY and Sunday 4-9 P.M. at Newcomer Funeral Home in Akron, OH. Burial is in East Akron Cemetery.
