Rosemary (Barry) Squires

Rosemary G. (Barry) Squires, 64, of Akron, passed away Thursday, January 12, 2023 with her brother Danny by her side. She was employed at Sam's Club for the past 28 years. Rosemary was a fun-loving person who enjoyed vacationing at the Outer Banks, NC. She LOVED the beach! She was a friend to everyone and always had a smile on her face.
Left to cherish Rosemary's memory are her brothers, Danny (Joni), Jeff (Mindy) Barry; niece, Jenna; her little dog, Lilly; and many other family members and friends.
Rosemary was preceded in death by her parents, William "Bill" and Connie (nee Sallemi) Barry. A special thank you to Rosemary's friends who all called her Rosy: Diane Gangle for her kindness, love, generosity, support, and help with all the computer and paperwork, Joyce Woods for all the love she gave Rosy, and Darlene Skrzypek, her longtime friend.
Family and friends are welcome to visit at Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron on Wednesday, January 18, 2023 from 5-8 p.m. where funeral services will be held on Thursday at 1:00 p.m. with visitation from noon until the start of service. Interment at Rose Hill Burial Park.
