Rosemary (Koneck) Scaglione

Rosemary (Koneck) Scaglione, 78, passed away March 28, 2002 at Hospice Care Center. She was born July 16, 1923 in Akron, Ohio to the late Andrew S. & Mary S. (Roman) Koneck. She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Fred Scaglione, Sr.; daughter and son-in-law, Marydeb & Bill Bleau along with their children, Sarah and Vincent Bleau; son Robert Scaglione along with his children, Lisa and Kathy; son and daughter-in-law Fred & JoAnn Scaglione along with their children, Kellie (Danny) Chapman, Carrie (Kevin) Emhoff, Fred Scaglione III, Anthony (Paula) Scaglione; 5 great-grandchildren; brother Andrew (Katherine) Koneck; numerous nieces and nephews. Friends may call Monday from 4 - 8 p.m. at NEWCOMER-FARLEY FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., the Rosary will be prayed at 7:30 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. at St. Bernard Church with prayers at 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment at Holy Cross Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to St. Bernard Trust Fund, 44 University Ave., Akron OH 44308 or to the Hospice Care Center, 3358 Ridgewood Rd., Akron OH 44333.
