Rosemary Miller, 88, of Cuyahoga Falls, died at 5:20pm on Thursday December 21, 2017 at the Justin T. Rogers Hospice Care Center.
Rosemary was born on July 1, 1929 in Akron, Ohio.
She was preceded in death by husband Samuel Miller and her pet rabbit, Bun Bun, who she dearly loved.
Rosemary is survived by a large and growing family who were always by her side in health and sickness. The family includes her loving son, Dale Miller, and his wife, Jeannie Miller; their daughter, Beth Simpkins and husband Michael, and their two children, Michael and Jadon. Rosemary is also survived by her loving daughter, Sharon Curtis, and her husband, Larry Curtis; Sharon's daughter, Gretchen Fair Zetoony and husband David, and their three children, Avi, Eli, and Leo. Also survived by loving daughter, Karen Smith and her husband, Scott; Karen's children, daughter Valerie Elfrink, and son Matt and wife Amanda Elfrink, and their child, Bennett. Many other kids lovingly referred to her as "Grandma."
Rosemary's life was modeled on her faith in Jesus Christ and her strong prayer life. She believed in the forgiveness of sin and the resurrection of the body.
She gave her children and their families the precious and immeasurable gift of "true unconditional love." Her family was everything to her! All her family acknowledges the blessing of having her as a mother, grand and great-grandmother, mother-in-law, neighbor, and friend. She will be very missed.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Grace Cathedral.
Calling hours will be Wednesday December 27 from 5pm-7pm, with a funeral ceremony to take place at 7pm at Newcomer 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron. Interment will be private.
