Rudolph J. Traczyk, Jr., 78, of Stow, passed away December 5, 2013. He was born in Lafferty, OH on November 20, 1935 to the late Rudolph Sr. and Myrtle Traczyk. Rudy graduated from Case Institute of Technology with a civil engineering degree. He was owner and president of Flame Cutting Systems, Inc.
He was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church, four times Past Master of Masonic Lodge 735 of Cuyahoga Falls, OH, a member of Shriners Clown Unit aka "Pumper" of Tadmor Temple, past Sovereign Prince of Adar Council Princes of Jerusalem Valley of Akron and a board member of Craftsmans Park. Rudy was an avid fisherman and hunter.
He was preceded in death by his sister-in-law, Lana Traczyk and daughter-in-law, Carol Traczyk.
Rudy is survived by his loving wife, Sharleen, of 55 years; sons, Rudy, Randy and Jason; daughter, Renee (Ken) Knepp; grandchildren, Andrew Knepp, Paul Knepp and Alisha Traczyk; brother, Joe Traczyk; many nieces and nephews.
Rudy will be remembered for his infectious smile and laughter.
A memorial service will take place at a later date.
