Ruth B. Lachoff
Ruth B. Lachoff, 77, passed away on April 1, 2007, after a lengthy illness. She was born on June 6, 1929 in Akron to the late Fred and Elah Lachoff. Ruth retired from Akron Selle. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother Fred Lachoff and her sister Marian Lutz. Survivors include daughters Sandra (Howard) Rose and Becky (Earl) Miller; sons Dennis and Daniel Briggs; grandchildren Mark (Krissy) King, Howard (Ellen) Rose, Scott Rose, Daniel Gilchrist, Sarah Gilchrist, Shannon Hamilton, Max (Leshay) Briggs, Carey Shelton, Casey Miller; great-grandchildren Michelle, Rachel, Kristina, Ryan, Robert, Gwyn, Shafae, Ricky, Shala, McKenna, Rena, Jaelyn, Brylee, and Tyler; special nieces Marijo (Mark) Miller and Carrie Cutlip; nephews Fritz and Eric Lachoff; and sister-in-law Toni Lachoff. The family would like to extend a special thanks to Pebble Creek Care Center and Akron City Hospital. Cremation has taken place and private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
