Ruth (nee Miller) Staubs, age 80, of Akron, Ohio, passed on August 6, 2023 and was born on April 28, 1943 in Knox County, Kentucky, the daughter of the late Carl and Jesse (nee Fuson) Miller. She was surrounded by her loving family and the love of her life of 60 years, James, and her children, Robin Moberg, Tammie Buckholdt and Patty (Joe) Dennis.
Also surviving are her grandchildren, Jessica, Steven, Lars, Justin, Ian, Brittany, Sean, Caitlin and Sara; her great-grandchildren, Alex, Aiden, Ashlynn, Annaliese, Lanard, Camryn, Mia, Kaysen, Sadie, Tanner, Avery and Oliver. Her brother, Harold (Tess) Miller and special sisters-in-law, Fran Staubs and JoAnne Staubs, all survive.
In addition to her parents, Ruth was preceded in death by her brothers, William "Jack" Miller, Claud Miller and her son-in-law, Lars Moberg.
There will not be any services or calling hours and all arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Newcomer Funeral Home, Akron, Ohio.
