Ryland Robert Reel, 12, passed away unexpectedly on August 16, 2009 in an auto accident. He was born November 13, 1996 in Warren, Ohio. Ryland attended Hyre Middle School and enjoyed football, baseball, the outdoors, music, friends and family. His true passion was to one day serve his country as a United States Marine. His is survived by his parents, Pam & Dale Cochrane; father, Roger Reel; brothers, Roger R. Reel III and Aaron M. Cochrane; maternal grandparents, Joyce Hanna and Robert & Pam Hanna all of Warren; paternal grandparents, Roger & Kathryn Reel of Cortland; many aunts, uncles and cousins and a very special aunt, Karen Garghill. Calling hours will be Thursday from 3 - 7 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron where funeral services will be conducted Friday at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Travis Gingerich officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to any Fifth Third Bank in memory of Ryland.
