Sally Ann (Storm) Wolfe
Sally Ann (Storm) Wolfe, 77, was born February 6, 1935 and passed into heaven on June 7, 2012. She was preceded in death by son, Tim Carter (2008), daughter, Joan Carter (2012), and best friend and sister-in-law, Marlene Wolfe. She is survived by daughters, Judi (Bernie) Kalgreen, June Carter, Teri Pierce, and son, Phillip (Laura) Carter and brother, John Wolfe. She had 10 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great-grandchildren and 1 on the way. Mom had a special relationship with her great-granddaughter, Jocelyn. Some of her grandchildren lived out of state, but she was always thinking about them.
Mom had many jobs before retiring from The Car Lot Company. She did everything from running titles to repo-ing cars, and made many friends wherever she went. While she was married she sang gospel music Sunday evenings on WAKR with her then husband, Walt Carter. We never knew what Mom would get herself into when she was with her best buddies, Mady Ely and Blondie Zimmerman. We have many, many wonderful memories of mom and we will miss her.
Visitation will be Saturday, June 16 from 4-5 followed by a 5:00 p.m. memorial service with Rev. Teri Pierce officiating at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron.
