Sandra M. Baldwin, 53, passed away unexpectedly on November 24, 2020. She was a graduate of Archbishop Hoban High School. Sandra put family before everything and cherished every vacation to the beach that they took together. She loved to watch her sons grow up and to play baseball. Along with watching her sons play baseball, she also enjoyed taking her mother to watch the games as well for a relaxing day at the baseball field. Her favorite holiday was Christmas, even to the extent of decorating in early November. Christmas songs would be played in her car soon after Halloween. Sandra exceled in her role as a mother. Sandra was a great mom and instilled faith in both of her sons and taught them to love life and to appreciate every moment that they had together. One of her resting wishes to her sons were the lyrics to Lee Ann Womack's song "I Hope You Dance". Brady and Blake… "I hope you still feel small when you stand beside the ocean/Whenever one door closes I hope one more opens".
Sandra was preceded in death by her father, Norman Georges. She leaves behind her loving husband, Lance and her sons, Brady (wife Bethany) and Blake. She also leaves behind her mother, MaryAnn Georges; her mother-in-law, Dottie and husband Steve Eitel and family; father-in-law, Gerald and wife Regina Baldwin and family; her sisters, Gail and husband John Barrick and family, Norma Selegean and family; her brother, Mike and wife Meg Georges and family; and many cousins and friends.

A memorial celebration of life for Sandra will be held on Saturday, August 14, 2021 at Newcomer Funeral Home. Visitation will take place from 9:00am - 10:00am followed by a memorial celebration at 10:00am.
Donations may be made to Saint Paul's Catholic Church, 1580 Brown St., Akron, OH 44301 to honor Sandra's life.
