Her pride was amplified in the laughter and love shared with her grandchildren: Scott and Chad Shaffer, Kameron, Corie, and Quinton Casey. Their lives were enriched by her unwavering support, and her love for them was perhaps her proudest accomplishment.

In her earthly journey, Sandra found bliss in the simple yet profound pleasure of exploring the Hartville Flea Market, where she found bargain prices for valuable treasures, always ready to share her finds with friends and family. Each visit was an adventure, her eyes sparkling with delight, embodying the essence of curiosity and excitement.

Sandra leaves behind the enduring love of her family, a testament to the deep connections she forged throughout her life. She is reunited in spirit with her beloved husband, David Popiel, and her cherished parents, Alonzo and Wilma Jean (Hughes) Higgins. Sandra’s siblings-brothers Alonzo and Mike, and sister Patty-were woven into the fabric of her heart, their memories cherished forever.

A graveside service to honor her remarkable life will take place for the family.
