Sandra J. Risner, 71, passed away on March 23, 2018. She is preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Jim Risner. Sandra is survived by her daughter, Dawn (Ross) Cunningham and grandchildren, C.J. and Kacie. Cremation has taken place. A private service will be held at a later date.
