Sebastian C. Bachmeier, 79, of Kent, passed away April 28, 2011. He was born in Saskatchewan, Canada on October 1, 1931 to the late Aloixus and Elizabeth Bachmeier. Sebastian will always be remembered as an amazing husband, father, and grandfather. He was preceded in death by his siblings, Betty, Vicki, Delores, Gloria, and Louie. He will be deeply missed by his wife of 50 years, Maria; daughters, Lilian (Tim) Trojan and Marcia (Danny) Cole; grandchildren, Brandon, Ethan, and Cayli; siblings, Mary, Clara, Ben, Kon, Lawrence, Pete, and Len. A funeral mass will be held Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. at Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church, 73 North Ave., Tallmadge. A celebration of Sebastian's life will be Saturday, May 7th from 2-7 p.m. at 872 Mohawk Trail, Akron, OH 44312.
