Sharon Louise Delaney, born 9-18-1956 Akron Ohio, died 6-14-2021 Toledo Ohio.
Sharon died of leukemia; she was 64 years old.
Sharon went home to her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ with 'her Billy', her daughter Abigail and her son-in-law Mike Christian at her bedside. The loss is deep and hard to bear.
While her life began in Akron/Stow, Ohio, Sharon grew through her adventures: earning a degree, marrying 'her Billy', traveling and working as a missionary across the United States, England and Northern Ireland.
A two-time survivor of cancer, Sharon's strength was only surpassed by her fierce, unconditional love and devotion as a wife, mother, and grandmother. Her resilience, grace, and faith in the Lord were truly something to behold.
This sweet woman filled the room with innocent laughter and gave comfort and hope when life was hard.
She is survived by her husband of 41 years Billy; her daughter Abigail; her son-in -law Mike; her son Daniel (Neeko); her grandchildren: Sierrah, Savanna, Alice and Eddie; her mother Dorothy; her siblings: Alan, Dianna, Nancy, Brian and Norma; along with many family members.
In life Sharon would say: "she had her very own man, and called him, 'my Billy'.
In life Billy and Sharon walked together along the roads of life, in trouble and in triumph and lived.
It is well known that Sharon and 'her Billy' loved each other deeply. Their faith in the scriptures and the truth of the resurrection promises them a reunion beyond imagining.
