Sharon Lee King, age 76 of Akron, Ohio, died on Airl 24, 2022 at her home.
She was born on February 9, 1946 in Canton, Ohio, the daughter of the late Eldred Myron and Vivian (nee Stinson) Proctor Sr.
Sharon loved to work in her yard and read her Bible. She was a God fearing woman.
Survivors include her companion of 44 years, Lila Chapman; her siblings, Marie (Richard) Hadzima of Bull Shoals, Arkansas, Sandra Schilling of Cottage Grove, Wisconsin and Roger (Koni) Protor Sr of Jerseyville, Illinois; her niece, Connie (Frank Phillips) Comeione and several other nieces and nephews and their families.
Other than her parents, Sharon was preceded in death by her siblings, Patty Ann Proctor, Mary Helen Proctor, Frederick Proctor, Vivian Howard, Robert Proctor, Eldred M. Proctor Jr, Walter Proctor, Shirley Proctor and Betty Jean Tidwell.
Per Sharon's wishes, she will be cremated and her cremated remains will be placed in Rose Hill Burial Park, Akron, Ohio.
All arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Newcomer Funeral Home, Akron, Ohio.
