Shirley Ann Miller

Shirley Ann Miller, age 79, of Magnolia went home to be with the Lord February 8, 2025. She was born in Akron on January 17, 1946, to the late Carl and Thelma Kolb. She was a graduate of Central High School. Shirley enjoyed crocheting and knitting. 

She is survived by her children Pamela Stevenson, John Russell Miller Jr., Dottie Carper, Steven Miller Sr., Martha Harris-Montgomery; grandchildren Andrea, Amy, Bruce Jr., Malachi, Michaela, Dan, Erin, Autumn, Steven Jr., Shari, and Christina; and many great-grandchildren; sister Pamela Flemming; three nieces; and special friend Art Culter.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by brother Ronald Kolb, granddaughters Angela and Connie Sue, her long-time partner John Russell Miller Sr. 

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, February 14, 2025, at Newcomer Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 10-11 a.m. prior to the service.
