Shirley Idabelle Milliron, 74, of Akron, passed away September 5, 2008. Shirley was born in Akron on June 11, 1934. She had many interests including country music and caring for the many pets she had over the years. She loved butterflies and angels. Shirley was preceded in death by her father, George Brewer; stepsons, Joseph and Ronald Milliron; and aunt and uncle, Fred and Uma Brewer. She will be deeply missed by her husband, Glendon N. Milliron, Sr.; stepmother, Juanita Brewer; stepchildren, Glendon N. Milliron, Jr., Constance Lynn (James) White, and Sherwin Leroy Milliron; brother, Robert (May) Brewer; and grandchildren, Jessica Honeycutt, Justin Honeycutt, Jeremy Milliron, Cassandra Zuver, Jill Milliron, and Samantha Milliron. Family and friends may call on Monday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., where funeral services will be held Tuesday at 10 a.m., Pastor Phil Ross officiating. Interment at Hillside Memorial Park.
