Sommay Phannavong, 77, of Cuyahoga Falls, passed away June 6, 2012. He was born on January 13, 1935.
He served in the National Laos Armed Forces from 1952-1975, finishing his military career as the Director of the Quarter Master Department.
Sommay is survived by his children, Pakhaythong, Pakhaysith, Netaly and Virasone, Virasilp, Viraxay and Thanongsaek; grandchildren, Nikki, Nicholas, Linda, Gabriella, Jasamine, Ilyana and Benjamin.
