Sommer Dale Marie Shultz, 20, of Akron, passed away on October 8, 2018. She was born in Akron on December 28, 1997. Sommer was a self-described Princess. She loved shopping with friends, eating fast food (especially chicken nuggets), and taking selfies. She was a fan of piercings and tattoos. Her favorite musical artists included Elvis and Panic at the Disco. She treasured the time she spent with Panic at the Disco which was made possible by the Make-A-Wish Foundation. For the past two years, Sommer worked at the Haunted Schoolhouse and Laboratory, where she made many friends. She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Guy Darkow and great-grandmother, Sue Ann Snow. She will be dearly missed by her loving mother, Jennifer Rhodes; brothers, Christian, Xander, and Bradley; grandmother, Debra Darkow; aunt, Denise Sano; uncle, James Duff; special cousins, Alyssa and Deanna; and many friends.
